Our Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with Solo Journey. If it's not right for you, we offer a fair and straightforward refund process.
How Refunds Work
- Within 7 days: If you request a refund within 7 days of your first payment, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
- After 7 days: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we'll work with you.
- Cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@khantech.io with your account email and reason for the refund. We aim to process all requests within 3-5 business days.
Processing
Refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
